Megan Allen-Lamb is a visionary leader with decades of experience shaping strategy, policy, and care delivery across Ontario’s health system and an outstanding record of delivering transformative outcomes. As President of peopleCare, she leads with a dynamic, person-centered, and results-oriented approach rooted in purpose.

Authentic and forward-thinking, Megan is cultivating a culture where empowered teams of difference-makers are delivering on peopleCare’s passion for a future without limits while boldly reimagining senior living. Fueled by purpose, she is strengthening peopleCare’s capacity to transform experiences, lead change, advance new care models, elevate a culture of excellence, and forge impactful partnerships that bring vitality and connection to the lives of residents, families, staff, and communities.

Megan brings this same spirit of innovation and collaboration to her leadership in the senior living sector. She serves as Vice Chair of the Ontario Long-Term Care Association Board of Directors and Chair of the Association’s Capital Redevelopment Task Force. She has also served as an advisor on the Premier’s Council on Improving Healthcare and Ending Hallway Medicine Long-Term Care Committee.

Megan holds a Master of Public Health, specializing in Health Policy and Management, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
