Jack Sullivan has spent his career at the intersection of policy, strategy, and advocacy; driven by a belief that well-governed systems and meaningful sector leadership are what enable organizations to serve people well.
He currently serves as Director of Strategy and Partnerships at Schlegel Villages, one of Ontario’s leading family-owned long-term care and retirement home organizations, where he leads organizational growth, healthcare partnerships, and government relations. He also sits on the boards of the Ontario Long Term Care Association and the Senior Life Enhancement Centre, and is the Chair of the Development Advisory Group at the Ontario Retirement Communities Association.
