Harrison Jarlette is President of Jarlette Health Services, a third-generation family-owned organization providing long-term care and retirement living across Ontario. He is responsible for the strategic direction and operations of a growing portfolio of homes, supporting thousands of residents and team members with a focus on compassionate, resident-centred care.
Harrison’s career has been built within the organization, spanning finance, operations, and executive leadership. He brings a strong background in financial strategy, governance, and business development, combined with hands-on experience in long-term care operations. He is actively involved in industry leadership through the Ontario Long-Term Care Association, contributing to policy, funding, and system-level improvements.
A graduate of the Rotman School of Management, Harrison combines formal business training with practical leadership in a multi-generational enterprise. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and advancing the quality of care for seniors.
Outside of work, Harrison enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time on the water with his family. He lives in Midhurst, Ontario with his wife and two young children.
