Senior Vice President, Operations, Kindera™ Living

Linda Calabrese is the Senior Vice President, Operations of Kindera™ Living. She brings expertise and knowledge in administration, human resources management, labour relations, accreditation and legislative standards.

The need to invest in and develop future leaders in this sector is important to Linda. She is responsible for facilitating the development and execution of the organization’s strategic directions which prioritize the need to improve quality, accountability and to advance resident centred care.

Passionate about her work, Linda is actively involved in external committees for OLTCA, Ontario Health and Ontario Health at Home in the geographical areas that she serves. Linda is also an active member of the Canadian Association for Long-Term Care. Her educational background is in Health Services Management and Administration and she is a certified Administrator in Long Term Care through the Ontario Long Term Care Association (OLTCA).  She has a Bachelor of Health Administration from Ryerson University, a certificate in Health Services Management, also from Ryerson and has recently completed the Advanced Executive Certificate program at Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.

Linda joined the Board of Directors of the Ontario Long-Term Care Association in 2023 as a Director and in 2024 as Vice Chair of the OLTCA Board. In 2025, she was appointed Chair of the OLTCA Board of Directors and has been reappointed to this role in 2026.
