Jim Parsons is a third-generation long-term care home operator whose leadership reflects both deep-rooted experience and a commitment to evolving care for the future.
As President of Broadview Nursing Home, Jim has led the organization’s growth since becoming Administrator in 2007, with a focus on creating environments where residents can live with dignity and connection, and where staff are supported to deliver their best each day.

Jim has also demonstrated longstanding service to the sector, serving on the OLTCA Board of Directors from 2015 to 2021 and rejoining in 2025. He has also contributed through the OLTCA pension committee and HR task force since 2017, helping to advance workforce stability and sector sustainability.
Jim is a certified Long-Term Care Home Administrator and has completed advanced training through the Canadian Healthcare Association in Long-Term Care Management, Health Services Management, and Continuous Quality Improvement.
