Dr. Steven Harrison is currently the CEO of Tri-County Mennonite Homes: a multi-site campus of care seniors care and developmental disabilities organization in South Western Ontario.
With over twenty years experience in the healthcare and social services, Steven brings both a national and international leadership style to his work, having garnered his PhD in Medical Anthropology and Community\Public Health at the University for Toronto, and having provided operational leadership throughout the Americas, South East Asia, and Africa. With a passion for innovative and inclusive service delivery, Steven has to engage individuals in the provision of high-quality compassionate care to the most vulnerable. Steven’s career has included leadership in the addictions and mental health, developmental services, primary and community care, academic health sciences and medical policy arenas, with a passion for sustainable change management and creating opportunities through disruptive innovation.
Beyond this, Steven has sat on a multitude of provincial and regional boards, supporting fundraising, advocacy, governance, and executive leadership as well as community relations.
