HPCO is delighted to confirmed a line-up of powerful keynote speakers for their conference. They include: Drs. Alejandro Jadad, Jeff Myers (the Carmelita Lawlor Lectureship Recipient), Ben Chan and Richard Swenson. You don't want to miss a special plenary panel presentation on Tuesday morning addressing new directions in Hospice Palliative Care in Ontario. In addition, HPCO will have a selection of 40 concurrent workshop sessions, oral paper presentations and poster sessions, a Sponsor/Exhibitor Showcase, Luncheon and Awards Ceremonies, a Banquet Dinner with Entertainment, and much, much more. The conference registration fees have remained the same as last year, and anyone paying the non-member rate of $765, will receive an annual membership to Hospice Palliative Care Ontario (HPCO). The member rate for the full conference is $635. If you require hotel accommodations, HPCO encourages you to make your reservations early by calling: 1-800-668-0101, or (905) 881-2121. A block of bedrooms has been reserved at a special rate at both the Sheraton Parkway and the Best Western Parkway hotels, and these rooms will be held until Tuesday, April 3rd. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. When you make your reservation, indicate that you are attending the Hospice Palliative Care Ontario Conference to receive the special conference rate.
