The 2012 QWQHC Summit theme “Mastering the Art and Science of Healthy Work Environments: Celebrating Successes and Inspiring Future Directions” reflects the interconnectedness and interdependence of a wide variety of approaches needed to create healthier work environments. Mastering this complex issue requires an integrated approach to engaging the hearts and minds of individuals and at the same time, building healthy cultures and implementing effective systems that measure and drive positive health system outcomes.
