Environmental and Stakeholder Analysis can assist in implementation
Establish your team and raise awareness in your Home
Identify the Quality Improvement tools useful to your Home

Session 3: Resources and Evaluating Outcomes (Mar. 1st ) Objectives:
Define education or knowledge translation and effective strategies in LTC
Identify evaluation tools useful in guideline implementation
