This fascinating and humorous presentation suggests that energizing our brians will help us achieve both a more balanced lifestyle ande an enriched quality of life. And, best of all, it provides simple mental fitness strategies that can be incorporated into our daily lives to stimulate and invigorate the way we think and learn.
